Urban Decay Moonspoon and Desperation Swatches

I selected this UD sample packet as part of my three free samples with a Sephora order not too long ago.   It contained Moonspoon and Desperation shadows and some Primer Potion in the original shade.

Shadows applied with dampened wet/dry brush on bare skin.  Photos taken inside, no flash.

Moonspoon is a "medium gray with bright silver sparkle", from the Moondust eyeshadow collection.  On me, I didn't think it was very grey, more taupe with the sparkle, but still a pretty shade.

Desperation is a "grayish taupe brown, matte satin", from the regular shadow collection.  I liked this shade from certain angles, but there's a sort of blueish cast on me that I'm not crazy about.  Still a nice shade though!

I used all of the Moonspoon for this swatch, but only about half of the Desperation.  I didn't use the Primer Potion, but will save that for another day.

Thanks for looking!
